We will send a reminder 7 days after you send out a campaign to remind you to download the post-campaign error list. The post-campaign error list will now be deleted 14 days after a campaign is sent.

Due to overwhelming queries from the recipients, we decided to enforce reply to. Your login email will be the default email that Postman will use so the recipient is able to reach the right agency when he/she has a question about the email.

To comply with international standards on anti-spamming, we provided an option for the recipient to unsubscribe from the email you sent. You will receive a weekly newsfeed on the list of people who unsubscribe. Please remove them from your mailing list.

๐Ÿ” 2020-07-28 | Password-protected Email Release

Password-protected email is end-to-end encrypted and works like DigiMC but in an email format. Use password-protected email channels to send information that is sensitive like test results or even payslip information.

โš ๏ธ 2020-06-12 | Unexpected Downtime - 1500-2000 was not able to send OTP on 2020-06-12 between 1500-2000 due to AWS SES ban of service from a surge in email bounce rate. GITSIR report was filed and emails were sent to users on 2020-06-15.
